SALT DEWATERING

Washed salt is dewatered with various processes. In the first process, a pusher centrifuge is used to reduce the water level by 50-60%. For the main drying, fluid bed dryer that the most preferred in all facilities is used.
We aim quality salt and the least salt loss in all dewatering processes. We design these machines according to the latest technology and integrate into the system.

CENTRIFUGING

The pusher centrifuge is used for this process. In the machine body manufacturing, carbon steel is used. Chromium-nickel stainless steel is used in the parts where the solid-liquid mixture contact and cylinder screens. Parts of the machine are machine body, stroke system, solid-liquid collection section, discharge section, and pusher. The basis of the working principle is centrifugal force. Centrifuging process is the following:

  • Solid particles move on towards from small basket to big basket.
  • The machine that rotates high speed separates solid and liquid from each other.
  • Solid particles are filtered through the screen that made special.

MAIN DRYING

For this process, the fluid bed dryer that one of the most modern methods is used. Thanks to the fluid bed dryer, it does not lose its form during salt drying and does not heat up even at high temperatures. It is the most preferred drying machine because it performs quickly at high capacity and does not damage sensitive materials. The main drying process is the following:

  • Product moves with an effect of vibration and air.
  • Thanks to the high hot air, the products are removed from the moisture.
  • Moisture comes out of the system.
  • Salt which dries completely is removed from the system.
