SCREENING MACHINE

Screening machine is used to classification material mixture of different sizes. We design screen machinery to be 2-4 layer according to customer demand and integrate to salt refining line.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Vibration body is placed in the based frame with a sufficient number of spiral spring. As soon as material on the machine touches the back surface of the screen, it is accelerated toward the front. Thanks to this acceleration, material height on the screen speedily decreases and homogeneously dispersed on the screen surface

Screening machine types are the following:

Rotary Screening Machine

The rotary screening machine is optional. It is used in the preparation phase for refining the impurity in material. Thanks to the circular motions, material flows under the screen. It moves circularly and has a sensitive and lightweight structure.

Vibration Screening Machine
The vibration screening machine is an important part of the system. It is used in the classification of materials. Thanks to circular motion, material is given shape. Waste of time and classification process is very low. Electric motors are used for working in the screening machine. The stainless steel sheet is used on the screen panels..

PROCESS

Feeding

The screen is fed with incoming salt from a feeding hopper. When salt particles touch on the back of the screen machine, vibrations increase, and salt is spread on the screen surface as homogenously. Meantime, very fine particles pass under the screen.

Screening

After the spreading process is made, the screen vibration is reduced to a normal speed and provided other particles are passed under the screen.

Discharge

Particles of different sizes are discharged from the system. They are sent to iodization, storage or compressing parts.
