SALT REFINING PUMPS

Pumps are mechanical means for transporting liquid or solid materials. In the case of Salt Refining, a centrifugal pump is used to transport the process water, and a vacuum filtrate pump is used to separate the solid and liquid.

We, as Salt Refining, design our customers' transfer pumps depending on the capacity of the salt refining line. In order to have a long service life of these pumps, we produce parts in contact with salt with stainless steel.

PROCESS WATER PUMP

Our stainless steel water pumps are designed to ensure trouble-free and efficient use in harsh environments. Our process water pumps, known as centrifugal pumps, are the type of pump consisting of a winged propeller in a housing. Our centrifugal pumps are often used to re-circulate salt water in high-pressure systems at various desalination plants. Process water pump consists of impellers, diffusers, seal box, motor, and condenser.

FILTRATE PUMP

A vacuum pump is provided as part of the filtration pack. The filtrate pumps are driven by the engine, which varies depending on the equipment and process. Our filtration pumps can be provided with a seal washing system, leakage water control system, indicators, manifolds, and interconnection pipes.
