VACUUM DESTONER

The vacuum destoner is used for removed hi-intensity materials such as stone, metal from main materials. It works according to the intensity difference principle. Materials with the same dimensions but the different specific weight are separated by the vacuum destoner. Air in the system is used in many times through recycling systems.

As Salt Refining, we produce vacuum destoners with an economical and basic operating system and integrate them in a system-compatible manner.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Raw salt is extracted from sea, lake or rock. In any case, salt touches with external environment. Thus, impurities such as stone, dust meddle with salt. When weighty stones can’t leave the salt with the washing process, the vacuum destoner is used. Materials move with vibration generated by the eccentric system and given air from the bottom. The vacuum air from above takes the light material, heavy material remains at the bottom.

PROCESS

Feeding

Material is sent from a feed hopper to the vacuum system.

Vacuuming

Vacuum air takes foreign materials.

Discharging

Cleaned salt is removed from the system and sent to other processes.
