ROTARY TABLET MACHINE

Rotary tablet machine is a press machine that used for compressing salt. The rotary tablet machine is the most modern machine that used in tablet salt making. The compression force that needs of the machine is provided with 1/40 special type reducer. Due to salt is a firm and abrasive material, dies are manufactured with special alloy steel.

WHAT IS THE TABLET SALT?

Tablet salt is used in clean-up systems, water softening process and meet the need for sodium in the body. Tablet salts reduce maintenance costs of the valve that used at water softening. It is 2 types; mechanic tablet salt and refined tablet salt. Mechanic tablet salts induce mud accumulation in salt tank, and this situation reduces hygiene, ruins moving parts and shorten its lifetime.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The basic force that works on the tablet machine is hydraulic pressure. This pressure is transmitted as not reduced from a static liquid. Also, it makes it possible to multiply the force as needed.

Thanks to the advanced control system of the machine, it is a low possibility that the tablet salt is faulty.

PROCESS

Feeding and filling

The machine is continuously fed salt by the feeder. This salt fills the die cavity on the rotate plate via the filling cams.

Compressing

Salt is compressed and becomes tablet through polls and punches. The upper and lower punches designate hardness and thickness of the tablet salt.

Ejection the tablet salt

The tablet salt is pushed up by the ejection cam. It is removed from the system by scrapper and the tail over die.

Accumulation

The tablet salt accumulates in a container and it is sent to packing part.
