SALT PACKAGING MACHINE

We can integrate our packaging machine to the Salt Refining Line according to the customer's request. Salt packaging machine provides all operations such as automatic bagging, filling, weighing, closing, cutting, counting and sewing. The PLC control system makes it easy to see the amount of filling, the number of packings, and it is easy to stop and start.

Our salt packing machines that have between 25-50 kg packaging capacity provide our customers with flexible packaging options. Our machines are made of stainless steel to extend the service life.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

After starting the machine, material enters the hopper from the feeding tank. Since the filling flow is controlled by the frequency changing feature, the speed is adjusted according to the production speed. After the bag is full, the bag clamping device is activated, and salt in the bag is compressed. Finally, the salt bag is sutured in the sewing system.
