SCREW CONVEYOR

Screw conveyor provides transferring as mechanical of dust or granule raw materials. Thanks to screw conveyors, material transferring is made between two desired points along a linear line. Design of screw conveyors can change according to material features, capacity, and distance.

Screw conveyors are 5 types to be tube helical, u type spiral, stainless spiral, hardox spiral, and flexible spiral. The precision dosing screw and the mobile bunker screw can be used in the Salt Refining Line. As Salt Refining, we produce to move the semi-finished salt from a process to other. We can change sizes of conveyors according to facility features.

Steel parts of screw conveyors that can be manufactıred in required capacity and length are produced from stainless steel. They can be inclined or straight according to usage place.

Screw conveyor system consists of a motor-reducer group, helical body, helical (screw), screw bearing and loading-discharge port. Properties of all parts are determined by our customers.

PROCESS

A screw is driven by a gear motor and starts to rotate.

Salt enters the chamber through screw rotation and moves towards outlet side.

Salt from outlet section is discharged into feed tank.

The process continues as long as salt accumulates at the inlet of the screw conveyor.
