SALT CRUSHING AND CLASSIFICATION

Salt is categorized in many ways according to usage areas. They are used in different types such as table salt, anti-icing salt, chemistries salt, cleaning elements, etc. Dimensions of salt also change according to usage area. In order to classify salt, it is first necessary to break it down into smaller pieces.

Crushers are a mechanical appliance that applies pressure, impact and shear force, reduce materials into smaller dimensions. The forces that used at the crusher process are an impact, compression, crushing, shear and friction forces. Screening machinery is used to separate crushed materials according to their size.

We design crushers and screening machines according to salt sizes desired by the customer and integrate them into the system. With the minimum salt loss, we continuously improve our machine to produce the highest quality salt.

CRUSHER

Crusher is a machine that designed for breaking all types of material whatever the hardness and corrosivity. Primer jaw crushers are preferred because of high performs and productivity. Crushing process is the following:

Crusher is fed from the top material.
Eccentric rotary driving shaft actuates moving jaw for crushing material with the fixed jaw.
Crusher is driven by a motor.
Material that between two jaws is broken through elliptical movements of moving jaw.
It is collected in a container and dispatched to other processes.

SCREENING MACHINE

Screening machine categorizes salt with vibration motions according to its dimensions. Salt is separated from small particle to big particle by this screens. The screening process is the following:

Salt is given in the machine by conveyor equipment.
After, salt on screen surface continues to be screened at normal speed.
Salt that falls from the first screen goes to the second screen, and it is screened again.
Salt categorized is collected in a screen container that will be evacuated.
Salt is discharged from the machine to store.
